Three possibilities of use:

for a deep treatment, massage the oil along the entire length of the hair and into the scalp, leave it on overnight and in the morning shampoo and condition as usual.
for daily care and shine, apply a couple of drops of oil to the palm of your hand and rub into the tips
to protect the hair from salt and chlorinated water, apply to the lower two thirds of the hair
